Any type of book that involves shifters (especially wolves) and hot men are ones I snatch up. I didn't hesitate to read this. Its a shorter story, around 66 pages, so its fast paced and the romance is quick. So don't expect a drawn out love story.
Orson is next in line as the Alpha for his pack, which is his dad's current position. His father had arranged a marriage with someone else. Orson doesn't want to be with her but obeys for a time. Likewise, the girl doesn't want to be with him either.
Casey is a chef and its her passion, only finding joy with cooking for people. She meets Orson at the shifter bar she works at, and a simmering romance ensues.
"Orson looked down at her, his expression slightly worried. "Would that work?"
Casey laughed. "The easy way to call her bluff would be for you to buy me a restaurant, you know."-Casey, Orson
I loved this story! Sometimes after reading nothing but long novels, a novella is a breath of fresh air. Everything is fast paced and I love the change from waiting for fifteen chapters before the MC's even meet to kissing on page five, you know? The story is well thought out despite the length, and the plot is more about the two getting together, while the troubles are more to the side, which is fine. Sometimes I just want the MC's to be center stage. The heat between Orson and Casey is hot. This book is not intended for those under 17, I'd say. It gets messy and steamy, but for those who love stories like that, you'll like this one!

Everything is fast. The Romance moves quickly, the heat simmers between them and the problems arise and fall with a blink of an eye. I'm only saying this so people understand and don't give a bad review for not knowing ahead of time.
I'm most likely going to read the rest of the stories. So if you love shifters getting down and dirty with a woman with curves, here you go.
